Triumph Street Triple 765 RS 2020

Triumph Street Triple 765 RS 2020

As before, the RS top model is indeed the most desirable of the Street Triples. In addition to the usual playful handling, the super-direct Brembo brakes and the lively character of the three-cylinder engine, there is now a more bulbous mid-range, upgraded electronics as well as a Brembo M50 brake and the once again sharpened appearance. Thanks to the very sporty Pirelli Supercorsa SP V3 tyres, trackdays are indeed a serious issue, and the now standard shift assistant with blipper function greatly increases the incentive to switch to the new model. A wonderful fun machine for both country road and track!

Touring riders, those who like to travel and synchronised riders will not enjoy it due to the lack of mounting options for luggage systems and limited space on the pillion. But modern city dwellers, nimble country dwellers and hard-working weekend sportsmen will find the 696 the lubricant for the purpose - and at a relatively reasonable price.

Low but relaxed seat height

fairly low overall weight

robust

agile

fun to ride

good braking system.

Sometimes difficult to handle

poorly readable digital instruments.
