Suzuki V-Strom 1000 2016

In the large enduro segment, the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 is the best value for money, yet you don't have to do without anything - traction control and ABS come as standard. Excellent brakes, great comfort and a wonderfully powerful V-twin engine are ingredients that should appeal to almost everyone. The fact that it doesn't play in the top league with 100 hp is made up for by the wonderful power delivery, which ensures a relaxed climate on long journeys. Only the wind protection is not optimal with the original windshield; one should invest in the affordable, somewhat larger windshield.
Ducati Multistrada 950 2017

The Multistrada 950 skilfully combines several Ducati models to create a superior touring enduro in the upper mid-range. The look is almost unchanged from the big Multistrada 1200 - which of course gives it enormous prestige. The 113 hp engine, on the other hand, comes from the Hypermotard series, and although the little Multi has to lug around 23 kilos more than its closest comparable relative, the Hyperstrada 939, it can still be ridden at a brisk pace. The fact that comfort is a top priority should not be a problem for a touring enduro, as it is equipped with a wide range of electronics and can do everything a modern touring bike should be able to do. If you are looking for that certain something in terms of looks and design, the Multistrada 950 will be very hard to pass up.
