Pros and Cons in comparison

Pros and Cons in comparison

Honda CRF450R 2016

Honda CRF450R 2016

I generally have a lot of respect for a 450. Motocross bikes are becoming more and more powerful and the 450cmm torque monsters in particular often tend to be unrideable. Not so with the Honda CRF450R. I really liked the combination of strong yet dorable power and great handling! I felt comfortable from the first moment, trusted the bike and really enjoyed riding it!

incredible handling

lots of power

Chassis a little too soft

Honda CRF450R 2018

Honda has hit the jackpot with the new 2021 CRF450R. Through constant further development, we find a true handling monster with the 2021 model year. Comparisons with the 250 in terms of handling cannot be dismissed out of hand. Thanks to electronic aids, the power delivery is no longer as demanding as on 450s.

Very good handling characteristics

equipped with numerous electronic features

chassis perfectly tuned for the hobby pilot

finally hydraulic clutch

Chassis a little too soft for really fast riders in the basic setting

routing of hydraulic hose coupling
