It wasn't just the looks of the KTM 250 EXC that convinced the 1000PS offroad faction. The 2-stroke single-cylinder was praised for its high torque, pleasant power and refined running. The behaviour of the chassis was also convincing, except for the excessive rebound of the fork. Thus, the KTM 250 EXC shines not only with a comfortable seating position but also with neutral and good-natured handling.

Although the two-strokes do not have a deflector, this does not mean that everything remains the same. In addition to the new design and a new frame, the mixture steamers get a new swingarm and a revised PDS system.
