Improvements have been made in the right places to make it more accessible, more practical, but also more refined. While its extravagant concept will always attract sceptics, proud owners swear by it and can enjoy thousands of kilometres in the saddle.

The cruiser among the touring enduros radiates cosiness and sovereignty. Its thundering V2 engine moves well and forgivingly. The chassis and brakes also work well. It is just as ill-suited to extreme off-road situations as it is in the hands of notorious knee-grinders. The Moto Guzzi V 85 TT likes to do its rounds in a refined and comfortable manner, and even for longer tours it offers enough practical comfort with its cardan drive and ergonomics. On top of that, it looks sensational and conveys emotion. The only thing some of our testers would like is a few more horses than its 80 hp.
