The mid-size scooter brings a lot of joy in everyday life because it is simple and, above all, very relaxed. The power of 25 hp is perfectly sufficient to feel comfortable even on the motorway, only the turbulence behind the windshield becomes exhausting in the long run. The handlebars, which are overloaded with buttons, might also be noticeable in a negative way if you are looking for the indicator even after more than one tank of fuel.
Honda PCX 125 2019
The Honda PCX is a typical Honda scooter: quality and workmanship are right, the design looks modern and the compact scooter gets decent acceleration from a standstill from less than 12 hp. Even the most modern technologies are not neglected: the "Idling Stop" system switches off the engine when the scooter is stationary and saves fuel - very little, but the green idea alone is the right step. Only the unharmonious chassis spoils the ride comfort a little, but the luggage compartment comes up trumps again with practical values by swallowing a full-face helmet. The price of just under 3,000 euros in Germany and just over 3,000 euros in Austria is therefore quite acceptable.
