Extreme Shock Absorber – The Premium Upgrade
The Extreme shock absorber is available for both models and, according to the manufacturer, is designed for the toughest conditions. Robust components—from the piston rod to the shock absorber eyes and seals—ensure maximum durability. Thanks to an external reservoir, a large oil volume is available, which provides better cooling for consistent performance even during long off-road rides. Additionally, Touratech claims that the shock absorber has a refined response to uneven terrain. Both the spring preload and rebound damping can be individually adjusted, and the compression damping can even be set separately for high and low speeds.
Optional: 25mm Lowering Kit
For the CFMOTO 800MT, the Extreme shock absorber is also available in a version that lowers the bike by 25mm. To complement this, Touratech Suspension offers progressive fork springs in both standard and lowered versions. This combination is designed to benefit shorter riders or tours with heavy loads.
