Stainless Steel Frame as the Backbone
At the heart of the luggage system is a specially model-specific carrier made from 18 x 2 millimeter stainless steel tubing. This ensures a close-to-vehicle build, minimal leverage forces, and high stability. The carrier is optionally available electropolished or black powder-coated, both with identical stability.

ZEGA Mundo, Pro, Evo and Evo X: Three Lines, One System
Touratech currently offers three main series as well as the special ZEGA Evo X system. All series are based on a 1.5 mm thick aluminum body and offer:
- Specially riveted body with high-strength closing profile
- Removable or single-side-opening lids with sealing lip
- Dust- and waterproof construction
- High-quality stainless steel fittings
ZEGA Mundo represents the entry-level option. ZEGA Pro adds protective strips and replaceable lid corners. ZEGA Evo additionally offers the new one-handed quick-release system as well as lockable lids with hinge function.

Modularity for Long-Distance Travelers
Touratech showcases the possibilities of its product range especially with the BMW R 1300 GS: according to the manufacturer, 36 different case-carrier combinations are available to choose from. These include various case sizes, finishes (anodized, natural, black), and carrier variants. This allows not only functional but also visual customization. Different series along with model-specific carriers are also available for the top case. As with the panniers, the rule applies: everything Made in Germany.

The Touratech systems can of course also be used on other adventure bikes.
