For decades, Touratech luggage systems have been synonymous with robust adventure gear. Developed "somewhere far afield" by motorcyclists themselves, all systems follow a practical approach: maximum durability, easy handling, and modularity.

Stainless Steel Rack as the Backbone

The core of the luggage system is a model-specific rack made from 18 x 2 mm stainless steel tubing. This ensures a vehicle-adjacent design, minimal lever forces, and high stability. The rack is optionally available in electropolished or black powder-coated finishes, each offering the same level of stability.

ZEGA Mundo, Pro, Evo, and Evo X: Three Lines, One System

Touratech currently offers three main product lines as well as the special ZEGA Evo X system. All series are built on a 1.5 mm thick aluminum body and offer:

  • Specially riveted body with high-strength sealing profile
  • Removable or single-sided opening lids with sealing lip
  • Dust and waterproof construction
  • High-quality stainless steel fittings

ZEGA Mundo serves as the entry-level option. ZEGA Pro adds protective rails and interchangeable lid corners. ZEGA Evo further offers the new one-handed quick-release system and lockable lids with a hinge feature.

Modularity for Frequent Travelers

Especially for the BMW R 1300 GS, Touratech showcases the capabilities of its product range: according to the manufacturer, 36 different case-rack combinations are available. These include various case sizes, surface finishes (anodized, natural, black), as well as different rack variants. This allows for both functional and aesthetic customization. Different series with model-specific racks are also available for the top case. As with the side cases, everything is Made in Germany.

The Touratech systems can, of course, also be used on other adventure motorcycles.
