Technical Highlight: Start-Stop System with Manual Transmission

A first in Honda's lineup is the combination of a manual gearbox with a start-stop system. Previously, this technology was exclusive to scooter models like the SH125i or the Gold Wing with DCT. The start-stop function automatically shuts off the engine when stationary—such as at traffic lights—thereby reducing emissions and fuel consumption. The engine restarts upon clutch engagement.

New eSP Engine Complies with Euro 5+ Standard

Driving the performance is an optimized eSP (Enhanced Smart Power) single-cylinder engine. The updated engine control unit (ECU), enhanced catalytic converter, and an additional lambda sensor ensure compliance with the stringent Euro 5+ emissions standard. The CB125F remains as fuel-efficient as ever: with consumption at just 1.4 liters per 100 km, the 11-liter tank offers a range of over 700 km—perfect for daily commuting.

Upgraded Features with TFT Display and Connectivity

A key new feature is the 4.2-inch TFT color display, featured for the first time in the CB125F series. It offers Honda RoadSync connectivity, allowing control of navigation functions, messages, and music. A convenient USB-C charging port at handlebar height enables on-the-go smartphone charging.

Visually, the CB125F takes cues from the larger models in the CB lineup. A more angular tank, new side panels, a sporty front spoiler, and a black windscreen give the lightweight motorcycle a more dynamic look. The LED lighting technology with vertical light signature ensures a modern appearance and improved visibility.

Honda CB125F 2026 Colors and Price

The new model year is available in three paint options: Imperial Red Metallic, Matt Marvel Blue Metallic, and the new Mat Axis Gray Metallic. Prices are not yet announced, but the predecessor was priced around 3,000 Euros depending on the market—a price Honda aims to maintain to ensure the A1 naked bike remains attractive to both beginners and commuters.
