The know-how that went into the helmet stems from the close exchange at Schuberth between the motorsport and motorcycle departments. As the manufacturer's first carbon helmet, they first had to agree on a manufacturing process. This manufacturing process at Schuberth runs under the principle of "one worker, one shell". The technician who begins the lamination thus continues the further process of shell production.
