BMW ist mit dem C400X bestimmt gut im Mid-Size Scooter Segment angekommen. Der Vortrieb stellt dank konkurrenzfähiger Leistung vollkommen zufrieden und lässt in Kombination mit dem sportlichen Fahrwerk sogar echte Fahrfreude aufkommen. Außerdem kann man sich (gegen Aufpreis) den Roller sehr hochwertig ausstatten und schon fast auf Motorrad-Niveau heben. Leider macht die sportliche Abstimmung der Federbeine aber auf schlechten Straßen wenig Spaß und auch die Vorderbremse wird dem Charakter des Rollers nicht gerecht.
