Pro mě je Africa Twin cestovní enduro, jak má cestovní enduro být. To platilo už u předchozího modelu a nezměnilo se to ani s nárůstem objemu a výkonu. Ten totiž zůstal na zvládnutelných 102 koních a Hondě se dokonce podařilo shodit několik kilogramů oproti modelu CRF1000L. Zůstala tedy univerzální a fungovala stejně dobře na dálnici jako v terénu.
