Nový Hornet 750 je skutečně vydařený naháč, který se nad většinu konkurentů ve vyšší základní třídě motocyklů vyvyšuje svým úžasně agilním a výkonným motorem, vyváženým ovládáním a podvozkem, pohodlnou jízdní pozicí a v neposlední řadě i bohatou elektronickou výbavou. Vlastně se velmi blíží střední třídě, jen nudná kyvná vidlice a úzká zadní pneumatika 160 (která však velmi pomáhá jízdním vlastnostem) do tohoto segmentu zcela nezapadají.
