Samozřejmě, že v bedně hodně duní, jak se od Ducati V2 dalo čekat, ale to pravověrným fanouškům stejně nevadí. Místo toho si užívají precizní podvozek a úžasně dobré brzdy. Pozice sezení je naprosto přijatelná pro naked bike, který by dnes patřil do kategorie hyper-nakedů. I vzhled je jen mírně zašedlý díky halogenovému světlometu, ale zadní část je nadčasově krásná!

KTM nezná cestu zpět a KTM nezná žádný kompromis. Proto je nový 1290 Super Duke R o něco snadněji ovladatelný než jeho předchůdce, ale také o něco silnější a rychlejší.
