Pokud tedy nechcete (nebo nemůžete) mít v garáži různá kola, je XSR velmi dobrou volbou. Slouží velmi dobře. Má všechno, co od motorky očekáváte. V hotelu by se dalo hovořit o nabídce all inclusive. Je ideální pro Je ideální pro každodenní jízdu do kanceláře, pro víkendové výlety a menší výlety na jih. I s pilotem je motocykl velmi snadno ovladatelný. Jak je u Yamahy zvykem, motocykl působí velmi solidním dojmem. Všechno zde zkrátka funguje. Výfuk je příjemně tichý, ale od 5000 otáček za minutu vydává velmi přitažlivý a hrdelní zvuk. Zadní část je otázkou vkusu. Osobně bych zadní část přestavěl a odstranil plastové prvky. Také standardní zrcátka mi připadají trochu velká. Retro vzhled zde nebyl zcela dotažen do konce. To se však dá velmi dobře změnit snadno a rychle díky bohatému příslušenství. Přístrojová deska je v podstatě dobře čitelná. Mnoho informací je však prostoru.
