Pros and Cons in comparison

Ducati Hypermotard 939 2016

Ducati Hypermotard 939 2016

You want to administer dignified, upright and lightweight heart burn? You want to show nakeds, streetfighters and - in tight corners - even supersport bikes the far too heavy Euro-4 exhaust? Your legs reach the ground and your bank account can handle the € 14,295 (or € 17,995 for the SP and € 15,495 for the Multistrada)? Then this Hyper family could be your ideal adoptive child!

Powerful engine across the rev range

typical Ducati sound

comfortable and upright riding position

direct, agile handling

Slight feeling of restlessness in very fast curves

Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 2021

Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 2021

The problem of the Streetfighter V4 S with Euro4 engine, namely no power in the lower rev range but explosion in the upper rev range, has been largely rectified with the update to Euro5. Although the disgusting 208 hp are still only available at 13,000 rpm, the SF V4 S now also works acceptably at lower revs. The electronic Öhlins suspension is at its best and the brute Brembo Stylema stoppers again celebrate the penchant for the racetrack. Ergonomics and handling are also basically good, but on the racetrack you would wish for lower handlebars because of the awesome power. A perfect poser bike that also works on the country road, and on the racetrack anyway. Only the too-loud sound should be curbed a little.

The most powerful naked bike ever

good ergonomics

superb, electronically adjustable Öhlins suspension

brute Brembo Stylema brakes

full electronics package

handsome, distinctive look.

very expensive

loud exhaust sound

full power only in the upper rev range
